We are investigating all factors impacting operational efficiency, workplace culture, and their intersection.  We are exploring the interrelationships and economic implications of these factors to bring awareness to the legal community and recommend legal reform.

These barriers create entrenched obstacles that impede business performance.  We are exploring ways to identify, understand and mitigate these barriers.

Our project collaborators include specialized experts in business communications, economics, organizational psychology, business operations, analytics, information technology, quality controls / management, and other areas relevant to business performance.
