We are examining factors that influence workplace culture and operational efficiency to understand their interrelationships and economic implications.  Our findings will be a foundation for informed legal reform.

These barriers can become entrenched obstacles that impede business performance.  We are exploring ways to identify, understand and mitigate these barriers.
